Marple Gang Show is committed to providing all customers with the best service possible. This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out our current returns and refund practices and should be read carefully by all users.

Tickets are only refundable if returned at least two weeks before the performance date and resold on our website or via the box office before the performance starts. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method to the original payer. Electronic refunds may take up to 10 working days to arrive in the original payers account. All return and refund requests must be made through our online form available here. Queries can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancelled performances: In the event that a performance is cancelled, tickets may be returned and refunded without being resold. Claims for refund must be received within 2 months of notice of the cancelled performance. To return tickets and request a refund for a cancelled performance please click here.
We reserve the right to modify this returns and refunds policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
